At Raman's Academy, we value customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital content, our refund policy is as follows:
All subscription purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
Fees for study materials, recorded sessions, and downloadable content are non-refundable.
If available, trial periods or demo classes will be clearly specified. After subscribing, no refunds will be entertained.
If a class is canceled by Raman's Academy, alternate schedules or equivalent access will be provided.
For payment errors or duplicate transactions, please contact us within 3 working days for resolution.
